You can cancel anytime and keep paid access through the end of the current billing period. You may request a refund within 7 days of a charge if there have been no downloads and no more than 5 paid generations. Any download after subscribing or more than 5 paid generations counts as material use and is generally non-refundable. We review verified billing errors, duplicate charges, and confirmed technical issues case by case.
